A religious sect in Kaltbrunn, St. Gallen, is making headlines with allegations of abuse. Nadine S. was one of the victims. “Everything was a sin. We were not allowed to play freely, and every bit of noise was strictly forbidden in the school corridors.” 

In 2016, Nadine S. managed to leave. In therapy, she learned to perceive herself as an independent person and not always have to apologize for everything. “It's all I knew, and I thought my behavior and feelings were normal.”
